Here is my scenario (I hope someone has an idea):

Let's say my PC is using a Midiman Midisport 2x2, which gives me two Midi
Outs (32 channels). I'm using Logic Platinum to write the music. Now I
want to move this song to an external sequencer which also has two Midi Outs
(32 channels). This could be an MPC2000XL or Kawai Q-80exe. (both models
have two midi outs).. Is there a Midi spec for this? The Kawai only let's
you load one midi file per "song", so as far as aI know you have to load one
song of 16 channels, then load another "song" of 16 channels, and copy each
channel over to the first song via Motif and assign everything to the second
midi out. I was hoping to find a way to only save the song once from my PC
and load it once on an external sequencer for live stuff.
