Not sure. Look at the commit messages:

Tag 2.6.21-hh17. Changes since -hh16 are:
1. PXA GPIO API merges from mainline git.
2. h5000: IrDA support, samcop suspend/resume fixes.
3. htcmagician: Conversion to leds-gpio, lesd-magician removed.
4. htchermes: Elaborated support.
5. h2200: Fix LEDs.

Tag 2.6.21-hh18. Changes since -hh17 are:
1. ghi270: Updates.
2. htcuniversal: Sound fixes.
3. wm97xx: Make wm97xx codec runtime selectable.
4. eseries: Add ASoC support.

Tag 2.6.21-hh19. Changes since -hh18 are:
1. mach-pxa: Fixed issue with loadable modules which installed custom
handlers for UART ports.
2. htcuniversal: Read-only flash support.
3. hx4700: Switch to use htc-egpio driver and GPIO API.
4. htc-egpio: Allow irq-less mode, fixes.

Taf 2.6.21-hh20. Changes since -hh19 are:
* hx4700: Fixed regression with PCMCIA power management leading to PCMCIA
not working.
* pxa2xx-i2sound: Fix logic error in power management, of unknown impact.
Warning: due to subtlety of code, this fix may actually cause regressions.
Need to test carefully.

There is a fix about PCMCIA, but I think this is only for a regression
introduced in -hh19 with the switch to the htc-egpio driver. It would
be good if you could investigate what kind of problem you're really
facing. Watch dmesg when the hangup happens. Also, it's probably not
related to PCMCIA if you see similar hangups when reading from SD or
internal flash..

regards
Philipp
