Isn't there a rule about copyright stating that you should claim your right within some reasonable period? What I'm saying is that if these samples have been released, under the GPL, with earlier versions of Hydrogen, then it wouldn't make much sense for someone to come and claim copyright over them now, after 3 or 4 years, would it? > What's your favourite?
