Sure. I'm not familiar with international right, but what you say is 
possible in germany, too.
I would be *very* happy if we could stay with the GMKit,
since switching to a new default drumkit is a lot of pain.. The most 
people have different opinions on how a drumkit should sound, so its 
hard to find one which makes everyone happy :)
Is someone familiar with these laws? Any help is appreciated!!
