What is wrong? Aren't we talking about two different things here? I was 
describing the current situation in Hydrogen (but the rest of the mail was 
about designing a better transport system) ?

What I want is to be able to lay down a 4-bar pattern as a groove, perhaps 
having it occupy 4 columns of the song editor.
