I don't think we should have a stable release without at least working around 
this one.  Once people start doing tempo changes... it will become a big issue.

wolke?  This is your feature.  Any ideas?  You and Jakob came up with some 
pretty good workarounds for this sort of problem.

First, these may be related to using Jack 2 (jackdmp).  On an SMP system, this 
may reveal more holes in our audio engine locks.

#36 looks like start-up shut-down stuff.  We talked about going through and 
auditing the audio engine locks... but I don't think anyone has done it.

#37 looks like a similar issue.

I'll look in to these this week.
