Well... we're using uin32_t... so the non-standard ship has sailed.  :-)

I changed from <cstdint> to <stdint.h> in r694.  I even compiled it this
time.

wolke: I hope you don't mind that I removed the compiler flags from
Sconstruct.  Thanks for doing that!
