I think feb. 20 is ok as a "target" date. I'm just no general fan of 
those release dates :) For me it's done when it's done..
But it might help the motivation :)

I really don't know.. As i already mentioned before, it is not me alone 
who sets these dates. If a majority of the devs on this list agree that 
0.9.5 should be released, we release it. I'm writing something about 
missing features in another mail..

I would be ok with a release with an incomplete manual if most of the 
"complicated" things are covered. Hydrogen never had a "complete" 
manual.. It would be hard to wait for one..
