what is the 'install procedure' (if there is one ?) so i can describe it in
the manual
the info on the rubberband site is rather limited, and as far as i can see
one needs to compile the code
is there an alternative (.deb, ppa ...) ?

also, is the rubberband option only available for h2 under linux, or also
under win/mac ?
