Hi!

I don't have a lot of experience with SSL certificates so i can't offer 
any new solutions..
But i would vote for solution 1. In my opinion, a safe connection with 
an "ugly" hostname is better then an unprotected connection with a fancy 
hostname.
The third approach seems to be to expensive for us. We could ask for 
donations for this, but i don't think it is necessary because 1) seems 
to be a good alternative for me at the moment.
