This is not an option, users personal passwords are being used. I, for
instance, won't login (not like Im that active anyways..:-(

That might be worth it.. or..  I don't know much about the current
hosting situation (server4u). Maybe its too much trouble to move...  I
get static ip's between 2 and 3.50 USD/month and ssl certificates
between 8 and 15 / year. Of course, thats in the US. Check out
cheapssls.com has inexpensive options via comodo who is a root CA.

I would be willing to help out in any way that people want/need. I am
a professional sys admin and have lots of free or nearly free hosting
options..
