Masha, maybe you did not put /usr/local/BerkeleyDB/4.x.x/lib or /usr/local/ boost/lib into /etc/ld.so.conf/ or did not run ldconfig after that. I exeperienced similar problem before. After I did that, all passed. BTW, I am working with 0.9.2.7, not the latest trunk.
