CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Quality Assurance Department would like to invite dynamic, qualified and
dedicated candidates to strengthen the respective team as:
Instrument Calibration Specialist
(Sukorejo - Based)
Accountability :
To develop and when approved conducts calibration procedures for
equipment/instruments in order to maintain the performance of the
equipment/instruments
1. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for
equipment/instrument
calibration/maintenance in order to provide accurate guidelines for
maintaining equipment/instrument
reliability
2. Develops and when approved, implements yearly
calibration/maintenance plan in order to maintain the
performance of all equipment/instruments
3. Validates the correlation standard for all equipment/instruments
applied in manufacturing and laboratory
units to assure their reliability
4. Maintains the optimum level of spare parts inventory in order to
ensure the continuity of
equipment/instrument operations
5. Prepares and conducts the implementation of equipment/instruments
operation/ calibration/maintenance
training in order to provide laboratory/QC staff with a better
understanding of technical aspects of
equipment performance
6. Maintains database of laboratory instrument maintenance, operations
and calibration in order to monitor equipment/instruments
utilization and performance
Qualifications :
1. Solid knowledge of physical and material analysis
equipment/instruments.
2. University Degree majoring in electrical/physical engineering (Fresh
Graduate: min. GPA is 3,0).
3. Minimum 2 years experience in calibration laboratory, preferable
from cigarette companies.
4. Has Interpersonal sensitivity and good Analytical thinking
5. Has Achievement orientation and Integrity
