System Support & QA Department would like to invite dynamic, qualified and
dedicated candidates to strengthen the respective team as:
Technical Writer
(Sukorejo - Based)
Accountability :
To develop, review, and promulgate standard for writing IT documents in
order to ensure that all IT documents are written clearly and concisely.
1. Searches and analyzes the best practices of document writing in
order to acquire the most suitable
standard for writing IT documents.
2. Develops, and if necessary reviews, standard for writing IT
documents (e.g. Standard Operating
Procedures, System Development Life Cycle, Technical Documentation,
etc.) in order to provide
guidelines for writing clear and concise document
3. Reviews all IT documents in order to ensure that the documents
comply with approved writing standard
4. Provides advices to related parties in writing a document in order
to have documents that comply with
approved writing standard
Qualifications :
1. Undergraduate degree (S1) in English and has experiences in
Journalistic, i.e. writing in Computer
Magazines.
2. Minimum 1-year experience in IT role with solid knowledge of English
writing
3. Solid knowledge of English writing
4. Good Conceptual and good Analytical thinking
5. Has Customer service orientation and Integrity
