CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

BASED in JAKARTA
 
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Supervises and monitors Customer Service Representatives to achieve a proactive informative level of response to customer inquiries.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervises and motivates CSR's to answer customer inquiries according to set procedures.
2. Monitors telephone techniques to ensure CSR's meet GSC standards and service levels.
3. Plans shift and allocates CSR's to meet workload demands.
4. Deals with customer complaints which are not resolved at CSR level.
5. Compiles information and prepares performance and quality reports.
6. Analysis information/reports and recommends remedial action to improve service levels.
7. Identifies development and training needs for CSR's.
8. Preparing all reporting which reflect to CS performance such as weekly and Monthly report.
9. Controlling cash transaction report using LAS and make sure to follow up the out standing cash with related agent.
10. If necessary joint visit with Sales or Sales Manager to customer for service recovery or supporting sales for giving the service presentation.

11. To make sure all CSA follow the ISO procedure for CS and conduct internal audit.
12. Preparing Annual Operating Plan each year (coordinate with JKT CS Manager) and make sure the plans are followed up and achieved by the end of the year.
