1. University degree
2. At least 2 years gained with DHL, in the Customer Service environment would be an advantage
3. At least 1 year experience in current position
4. Able to man-manage and lead
5. Able to work in a team and has a good organization skills
6. Able to give counsel and sound advice to CS Agent
7. Strong Customer focus to meet performance and service targets
8. Strong Company focus to meet targets and goals
9. Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
10. Must be innovative with a strong analytical skills
11. Strong English (written and spoken) comprehension and communication are essential.
12. Good computer literate (MS-Office, Netscape Mail) with a comprehensive knowledge of DHL systems relating to customer service.
