Need a mate from God? Need to be a better mate in Christ? Need His deliverance and victory in your social, emotional, marital or sexual relations? Jesus is waiting to do marvellous things in your life. Pastor Dr. P. I shew unto him marvellous things. - (Micah 7:15). Today Lord is saying you that he will do marvelous things. The Lord you are worshiping is the one Which doeth great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number. You are having the question, "Who will help me in my present situation and problems?" The Lord Jesus Christ is saying He is with you to help you. "Remember these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou art my servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Israel, thou shalt not be forgotten of me." (Isa 44:21). The Lord promised Moses that He would do marvellous things. "And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all thy people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou art shall see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with thee." (Exo 34:10). How can you receive God's marvelous things in your life? The Lord is saying "And Joshua said unto the people, Sanctify yourselves: for to morrow the LORD will do wonders among you." (Josh 3:5). The Lord is saying to you the word He spoke to Joshua, "Sanctify yourselves today." "But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear." (Isa 59:2). Your iniquities and your sins are not allowing the wonders in your life. "Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withholden good things from you." (Jer 5:25). Today commit yourself in His presence and the Lord will sanctify you and do marvelous things in your life. "And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood," (Rev 1:5). First you are sanctified by his blood. When you believe and trust in Jesus, as God revealed in a human body, that He shed His blood to cover your sins, gave His life for your sin, rose from the dead, lives with Father in Heaven today waiting to return for us at the appointed time, and call on Him alone to make you right with Father, then you will be washed and sanctified by the blood of Jesus. " And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God." (1Cor 6:11). The name of the Lord Jesus Christ will sanctify you. "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins." (Mat 1:21). When you confess his name, agreeing with Father about Jesus, you are sanctified. When the Holy Spirit dwells in you, you are sanctified. "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:" (John 16:7-8). Finally the word of God will sanctify you. " Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you." (John 15:3). Today commit to His word and He will do marvelous things in your life. STRENGTH IN THE LORD It's amazing and amusing that Christians have to be reminded that our strength is in the Lord. It is perhaps because of our human propensity to feel that we are responsible for ourselves and are in charge of our destinies. Lessons of faith and reliance on God have to be learned over and over again. It is not accidental that in his final words to the Christians at Ephesus, Paul reminded them that their strength was in the Lord. To be strong is to remain steadfast in the Lord and then we will experience the power of His might. In our moments of weakness and fatigue, God's strength will supplement our strength.
