As I wrote, it works well. Further usage doesn't show any problem. Please release a new version. BTW, I have an idea to improve luit, which I imagine should be implemented easily. It is, addition of a command option to directly specify encoding. For example, "luit -en eucCN", though I don't know this is really a good idea to add it. (I intend to improve xterm's "locale" resource to use it, like "xterm*locale: utf-8" or "xterm*locale: eucJP".) Another improvement is to accept UTF-8 locales. In such case, luit will work as "doing-nothing-filter". This will simplify the needed work of caller of luit. (So far, the caller of luit has to check UTF-8 locale whether to call luit or not.) --- Tomohiro KUBOTA <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://www.debian.or.jp/~kubota/ "Introduction to I18N" http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/intro-i18n/ _______________________________________________ I18n mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/i18n
