sometimes the status line can get rather long (for example if one displays the subject of the newest mail or the song currently played) and it seems as i3bar doesn't handle this situation correctly. I'm not a hundred percent sure here, but it seems like the N rightmost pixels become corrupted, with N beingt the same amount that the text is too long. As I don't think this is expected behaviour I'm trying to locate the issue and prepare a patch.
