Sugar Labs is not a project, it is a organization of volunteers which develops, supports and distributes Sugar.
Sugar is not a collection of software tools. It is a carefully designed software system to support constructive learning.
It is amazing to see a mission statement that does not mention either Sugar or Sugarizer.
