lembaga resmi yang menyatakan keabsahan & legalitas & reliabilitas suatu usaha pertambangan batubara di indonesia adalah direktorat pengusahaan mineral & batubara (dpmb), jl prof dr supomo sh 10, jkt. bisa hubungi bapak direkturnya langsung atau staf yg akan beliau tunjuk utk pelayanan info tsb. setiap triwulan informasi tsb dimutakhirkan berdasarkan kegiatan verifikasi bersama pemerintah daerah dan hasilnya diumumkan dengan sebuah surat edaran. di luar dari daftar mutakhir bisa dipastikan usaha tambang tsb ilegal. di dpmb, mungkin bisa juga diperoleh info2 selanjutnya spt yg Laussen minta.
