You might want to point them to the Mailing List page, where there are 
subscription instructions and link to the archives.

There was talk of setting up some Jive forums on Nagoya,

but it trailed off. We might want to see if infrastructure is interested in 
reviving the idea.

My only preference is that there is a email-push option so that everything can 
be archived and so that everything can be monitored through email.
