There is a strong possibility the BPXSTOP procedure is the culprit. We still have some testing to do with the 2.10 system(s). This testing will entail using the BPXOINIT modify commands instead of BPXSTOP and monitor the results. We IPL'd the Z/OS 1.4 system this morning without the BPXSTOP command and everything worked as it should.
