Did something similar in JES2 exit 6 years ago (MVS/XA) with a
installation defined class ($EXIT).   Checked JOBCLASS.X and OUTCLASS.X
in addition to preventing the usage of TIME= since we wanted the
defaults in the JES2 parms picked up.
