Really, now, that's stretching what I said a bit far. I only said application programmers were responsible for care and feeding -- I did *not* say that they actually touched the files themselves. Authorization to request that Operations run an On-Request reorg job is not a security hole, especially if managerial approval falls between request and reorg.
