He *is* one of the IBM people who handle that sort of thing. I took
his question as a hint to submit a requirement, with a business case,
if you want the functionality. If it's not important enough to your
shop to justify the (minimal) paperwork of a formal request, then it's
not likely to be important to IBM either.
