ROTFL.  My very first programming experience with an interactive terminal
was with one of those IBM TTY typewriter terminals with the "APL"
type-ball.   I loved APL.   I recall that there was an APL journal published
at the time that had a regular feature challenging readers to submit the
shortest one-line APL program that solved a certain problem.   I remember
sending in my own submissions, but never came close to matching the sickies
that always won.   Any APL programmer will confirm that is is not hard to
create "write-only" code....   you could write something that you couldn't
understand *yourself* an hour later.   Great fun ;-)
