As others have told you, DUMMY and DSNAME= are mutually exclusive
parameters. If you get rid of the DUMMY parameter then any of the
suggestions for reading the dsname will work.
If you ever need to retrieve multiple dsnames in a concatenation, I'd
suggest that you use RDJFCB with an allocation retrieval list (ARL)
pointer in your DCB exit list instead of a JFCB pointer.
