Any programmers who abide by these statements are not producing
defective code. They are following IBM's rules. Increasing the
PARM length will break perfectly valid current code.
So just pass a 2 FW list and set the FW1 pointed-at HW to 0 and pass
the PARMX (or longer PARM) in FW2. Any program that will choke on the
lack of a PARM can be left as it or altered to accept a 2 FW list and
more than 100 character PARM/PARMX.
