The simplest way to insure that Jobs run in a specific order (without
the need for a scheduler package to do this) is to just place a INTRDR
step as step 1 of the Job to submit the next job. The use of the same
job name will then have it wait for the current job to complete before
the submitted job is eligible to execute.

That works very well, but if you make the LAST step submit the next job,
then you can stop the stream in case of problems.
