Fred is buying a vineyard? As a business investment or as a convenience?
In one of my previous houses I had a grape arbor. I did not make wine, but I did grow a lot of grapes.
In fact at that house I had a pretty large vegetable garden. But the deer got more vegetables than I did, except for zucchini. That and mint grow at astonishing rates. But you can only eat so much zucchini and mint.
