There is a program from Mr Saint-flour that can help you.
It's in CBT file 183.
CMDJ Send a JES2 command with the current job's number
(must be authorized)
Example:
//PURGEJOB EXEC PGM=CMDJES2,PARM=P
If the current job's number is JOB01234,
then the following command is issued:
$PJ 01234
