The initialtor would be modified so that it always sent at least a 106 byte 
area. The first two bytes are the length of the parm, up to 100. Then the parm 
value, padded with 0x00 to exactly 100 bytes. Then four more bytes (an unsigned 
fullword) indicating how many more bytes were available after the fullword.
