You want to use "Group Capacity". It is on the z9 and above and z/OS 1.8 and 
above. You define the capacity in MSUs for all the LPARs in the group. The 
weights for the individual LPARs are then the relative (percentage) performance 
numbers for that group.

We do this. Our T02 is "dialed down" to 46 MSUs.
