this guys - http://bm.lighthouse.com.br/bm/content/view/full/193 - is
using Wiki to document routines,
non-structured data such emergency cell numbers etc. internally on
their product.
They are running in a Intel Linux Server but I think that's possible
to run also in a Windows system.
