Robert,

Seeing as you may have a different vendor in the new site XRC is probably
the best solution. TDMF would be another choice, but it's not as flexible
when you want to resynch volumes.

You could migrate to an interim, rental box at the old site and use
asynchronous remote copy to a same vendor box at the new site. Of course I'd
recommend two small USP-V and HUR for this. You can keep using the 2105-800
as virtualized backstore at the old site, and just rent a controller frame
and a few internal disks to facilitate migration, journals, and performance
improvement.
