My preference was to always clone the DLIB zone when I cloned the target
zone, so that I always had target/DLIB in sync, and I would have as many
DLIBs as targets. I realize not many like to do that.

I have always considered the possibility of cloning an additional DLIB zone
for those cases where I needed to restore some maintenance but couldn't
because of prereqs. I could then accept all but what needed and do the
restore, then discard that DLIB zone. I never had to do it, but it was nice
to have the option.
