At some small shops I worked at long ago, I cloned the dlib with target.  
Too many sysres sets in my current environment to consider it.   6 for one
company and 12 for the other (different sysplexes have different sysres 
sets and zones).    That is a lot of extra DASD that I really don't need.   
We don't accept for 6 months after apply and if there is a PE that shows
up after accept and it has been running for that long, odds are that the
conditions are very rare and the PE doesn't or won't affect us or there will
be a fix anyway.

Speaking of that subject... I was just notified of a logger PE today described
by OA32737.   The PE is against OA30513  which says available 11/18/09.
Unfortunately, that PE is accepted in my z/OS 1.11 CSI which came in
January at RSU1001 with a date of 10.018.   

I *thought* that ServerPac was now waiting 6 months (or at least 3 months)
after apply before accept.   Unless that isn't starting until z/OS 1.12.
