VM/CMS has (had?) a session inactivity timeout.  And CP SLEEP didn't
circumvent it -- it actually looked for CPU resource consumption.  But
there was a two-minute warning.  And I knew several users who trapped
the warning and issued a trivial command causing the inactivity timer
to reset.
