Per OA31970, you can turn off this new behavior dynamically using the following command:
SETALLOC SYSTEM,IEFBR14_DELMIGDS=LEGACY It would certainly be interesting to me to hear if the IEFBR14 problem you've reported goes away with LEGACY set for this parameter.
