CA have an appalling history with regard to product maintenance - Russells lot have been the best of a bad bunch, and have been generally pretty good. Other than that, uniformly terrible. Scott has promised to fix that. Customers I've spoken to like it, although so far none has seen fit to let me loose on it. Shane ...
