ROTFLMAO ... Quality ... 

Reminds me of my first piece of work as a DB2 DBA newbie (early 90s).... 
trialing BMC and Platinum's Fast utilities suite ... 
Trial, done wrote a document recommending BMC.  Document got shelved as 
the company did not have 
the money to spend.  Had to move to using incremental image copies due to 
the shrinking batch window. Full copies at 
the weekend ..... You may have guessed, the application problem occurred 
on a Thursday ... We reckoned it would 
take 24 hours to get the data back .... 

We had the BMC utility suite the following week ....

My favorite was the hot-shot DBA that  deleted 24 hours worth of
processing. Oops! we'll just do a Recover  To RBA and calculated the
RBA just after the delete so it reloaded  all the files and deleted the
stuff again! Mama Mia....supper was cold  that night.
