Far more than that:

        BPI     Characters on 2400' reel        Characters on 3600' reel
        200     5,760,000       8,640,000
        800     22,080,000      34,560,000
        1600    44,160,000      69,120,000
        6250    172,500,000     270,000,000


Subtract from those number an IRG allowance depending on the block
size.
