Java is a pox.

Too often.
The need to un-install the latest Java to install a version no longer
downloadable from Sun to run a performance monitor is laughable. *Then* you
need to re-install the "latest-and-greatest" for something else.
What a joke.
And woe betide anyone that accidently "double-click"s too fast.
