what browser are/were you using? I had the exact same problem AS LONG AS I was using FireFox. when I used Microsoft Internet Explorer, I had no problem. (btw, I had all sorts of similar problems yesterday , looping requests for userids/pw-s, trying to get into IbmLink; problem resolved itself only when I quit using Firefox .....
