Saurabh,
One more thing: we haven't discussed yet why your PTS is so big.
PTS is container for PTFs.
It contains all the PTF your RECEIVED and APPLIED. A PTF can be also
ACCEPTed. There are different schools when to accept and whether to
accept. IMHO you should choose any strategy you want and accept some
PTFs, possibly starting with the oldest ones.
Afetr PTF is ACCEPTed it is deleted from PTS library so some space in
the library is again free.
Caution: SMP/E option PURGE(YES) is needed for the above. PURGE(NO)
means the PTF is not deleted after ACCEPT.
In simpler words: if you accept old PTFs then you don't need more PTS
space for new PTFs.
------------------------------------<unsnip>------------------------------------------
Or if you run a REJECT of all previously-accepted PTFs.
-------------------------------------<snip>---------------------------------------
BTW: IMHO keeping PTFs as members is very bad design, and of course very
unlikely to change, many other things.
-------------------------------------<unsnip>-------------------------------------
I'm sure the SMP/E Team would appreciate ny suggestions you might have.
Rick
