Not likely. That one is DFHHPSVC, and is needed only if DFHSIT parm
HPO=YES is specified. DFHCSVC is the one that lives in hlq.SDFHLPA, and
is the one that needs to be LPA-resident.
NUCLSTxx is text member of IPLPARM.
So, SVC module needs to be in NUCLSTxx - as a name *AND* it resides in
SDFHLPA - as a load module mentioned in NUCLST.
Last, but not least: NUCLSTxx must be mentioned in LOADxx member.
LOADxx -> NUCLSTxx -> module_name_LPA
