Symbolic substitution will create a significant problem IFF the user is somehow astonished at the (unintended) result. If the result is what the user (or site) intended to achieve, then so much the better. I wonder how many sites would truly use (and be willing to pay for) a job-level symbolic substitution service? -- Tom Schmidt Madison, WI ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
