See z/OS V1R12 MVS Setting Up a Sysplex, SA22-7625-19, Section 3.3 It is policy update via IXCMIAPU that WLM does not support, at least not by means accessible to us. That is where the WLM ISPF dialog comes in for Define/Install/Activate, or SETXCF to migrate the existing definitions to a "new" CDS.
