You know, don't you, that employers search for blogs of
prospective (and current) employees, and have been known
to take personnel actions based on the contents.  Perceived
malcontents may be unwelcome.  Slanderers may be subject
to discipline.

Curiously, Colorado's broad "Smokers' Rights" bill may
give some protection to any _legal_ activity an employee
does on his own time.
